Screws,barrels,feed sections---HUACHEN is a production business with a focus on producing core parts for the extrusion industry. Founded in 1992, HUACHEN counts about 100 members of staff today. The firm are located at Jintang town,Zhoushan City near Shanghai & Ningbo (Two big ports) and covers 10 000 ㎡.

Currently about 250 tons of raw material can be stored there.,and nearly 100 sets of twin screw barrels are in the stocks.

PRODUCT OVERVIEW 

We manufacture screws for extrusion and injection molding with lengths of up to 8000 mm and a diameter of 400 mm (single or multi-part). We offer a wide range of designs for all extrusion applications.

Treatment

Screws: The first section (extruding zone) & second section (plasticizing zone) spray bimetallic,then total nitriding treatment

Barrels: The first section (extruding zone) SKD (skd61) inner wall, the second section (plasticizing zone) groove bimetallic, then total nitriding treatment

Bimetallic layer: Bimetallic powder + 30% Tungsten carbide

Raw/Base Material:38CrMoAlA

Advantage

The wearing-resistance and corrosive-resistance is better than HUACHEN common treatment.

About Delivery

Any sizes of delivery time is in 45 days,including the world famous brands like CINCINNATI,BATTENFELD,WEBER,KRAUSS MAFFEI etc. 

Most of China brands like SJSZ51/105, SJSZ65/132, SJSZ80/156,we could delivery in 3 days. Other sizes basically in 15 days.

Warranty

For Caco3 less than 100% product, warranty is 2 (two) years. But customers could use more than 5 years.

For Caco3 less than 200% product, warranty is 6 (six) months. 

For all recycled materials product, warranty is 2 (two) years. But customers could use more than 3 years.

For PE/PVC+WOOD,warranty is 2(two) years. But customers could use more than 3 years.

Why HUACHEN SKD (skd61) inner wall barrel is better than centrifuge casting bimetallic barrel?

Because limited to the technology,the bimetallic thickness usually will be uneven. And also because of bimetallic layer is made of bimetallic powder, which surface is with bubbles, and sometimes maybe also with cracks. That will affect the wear resistance.

But SKD (skd61) material is made from the material company,which is very strong,and not have the bimetallic problems. So the surface life is more longer than centrifuge casting bimetallic barrel.
