The following two pictures will show you the bimetallic on the screw flights,we could spray two sections (not just extrusion),also the thin flights,we could spray bimetallic on.

After spraying bimetallic,we will process again like grinding,polishing,then put them in nitrigen oven for more than 120 hours (5 days). We have 3 nitrigen oven in our factory. The above picture is after nitrding,you could see the color.

And the following picture is after nitriding and polishing! After polishing,the surface will be smooth and bright.
