Our factory has proven experience of over 20 years in producing various kinds of screw and barrels, such as twin screw barrel (conical twin screw and barrel, parallel twin screw and barrel), single screw barrel (extruder screw barrel, injection screw barrel), rubber screw barrel (cool feeding rubber screw barrel, hot feeding rubber screw barrel and pin rubber screw barrel) and planet screw barrel.
All HUACHEN Brand screw barrels include bimetallic, nitrided, WC coating, bimetallic-WC coating and etc.
With strong technical force, advanced processing and inspection methods and excellent after-sales services, our products have a ready market in Hong Kong, Taiwan and over 20 provinces and cities in mainland and over 15 countries.
All precise screws and barrels produced in our factory choose 38CrMoAlA nitrated steel of fine quality, SKD11 or SKD61 as the base material. Many other materials we could adopt as your requests. We handle the materials with scientific and strict processes of modulation and nitrogen treatment. We also produce bimetallic barrels and screws of Class A and Class B with the quality completely meeting or exceeding national standards. These products can be substitutes for performance in corrosion-resisting and wear-resisting property.
