TIPS:

1.The injection screw should be constructed of materials that provideabalance of abrasion resistance and corrosion protection. Optionsforconstruction include 38 CrMoAlA nitrided steel with abrasionresistantcoating such as bimetallic or Tunsten carbide on screw flights.

2.The screw flights should not be chrome plated since reinforcedorfilled composites will abrade or chip the plating in a short period.
