1) The whole gear material is cast iron, Gear material: high alloy steel low carbon (20CrMnTi or  50CrMnTi  ), surface is carburized case upto 0.7-1.1mm,surface hardness is HRC58-64, accuracy of gear is GB10095-88-5 standarded. gear craft is (gear grinding)

2) Our bearing is Tapered Roller Bearings.
3) Various seal form and perfect oil leak-proof function.

Cooling fans specification:
